Suns Out Buns Out

Translating literally as ‘touch heart’, Dim Sum is a favourite amongst Hong Kong-ers. Dim Sum comprises a range of small dishes (buns, dumplings etc), typically arriving in small steaming baskets and enjoyed with tea. Some traditional Dim Sum houses around the city still serve customers from carts that weave between the circular tables, but be quick as the favourites of Har Gow, Siu Mai and Char Siu Bao are not around for long, and you may be left with 'Phoenix Claws' (braised chicken-feet)!
